Hams and Shoulder of Extremadura

In this section we show you our Hams and Shoulder of Extremadura, excellent traditional foods of our land, which are proud, in the case of those elaborated by Iberpro, to be able to represent faithfully the traditional Hams and Shoulder of Extremadura, some elaboration foods and artisanal cured, in our wineries, an elaboration in which we only use Iberian pork from our own livestock, which is raised in the dehesas of the Trujillo region (Cáceres), a privileged place for a climate and conservation of the pasture exceptional, that provide our Hams and Shoulder of Extremadura with an intense, natural flavor and superior quality.
