The Sliced Acorn-Fed Iberian "Chorizo Cular" is made with extra lean of our Iberian pig fed with acorns in montería. We use 100% natural ingredients throughout the production process.

The manufacturing process is carried out in our own facilities located in the Comarca of Trujillo (Extremadura). The process of maturation and drying of
